I’d be very surprised if that doesn’t get top dollar. A 3 pedal 2005 “S” is pretty rare and that color combo is beautiful.
Totally agree, I of course am dreaming about it in coupe form. That being said, given the current news cycle "The Plague" may hold prices back on all large ticket items.
I've been watching 911s on BaT fairly closely, and though this is a highly subjective and debatable observation, I am not seeing material impact on hammer prices from coronavirus and market correction.
My parents have an 05 Turbo S Cab in white with black interior that they picked up a few years ago with under 5k miles for about $10k more. Currently they have around 12k miles and I’d like to think this car certainly is justified at its asking price.

I have the same white Turbo S with black interior with 53K miles I bought about a year in the low 50s. I wanted a white 996tt cab and they are a bit hard to find. The asking price seems reasonable for such a clean car.
I bought a 2004 996 Turbo from RFMC in February of this year. Basalt Black, full leather interior and 17,800 miles. Ryan has a
great selection of used Porsches. I'm extremely happy with mine.
