Derailed threads seem to be an occupational hazard on this board anyway. Similar to trying to get a group of mullered blokes to decide which club to go to after last orders in the bar - after 15 minutes random discussion, 2 or 3 always get distracted and wander off to chat up the nearest available women.
I just get distressed when my lunchtime porsche hit is disturbed by real estate / depreciation / yield curves etc - there's enough of that during the rest of the day!
