I hope he's not gone for good, I really learned alot from his buildup that will help me out in the future.
Hopefully he's just out finally enjoying that beasts that's been brewing for some time now

Seems a little odd to delete his own posts if all he's doing is enjoying the beast. Seems more like mission accomplished, adios. Chris Y seems to know more about it. Maybe there's a Veyron board. AS

I can understand enjoying his car but why delete all the posts? He has accomplished too much and went through too much BS from people to just leave.
Well CJV, wherever you are, I'm hoping your enjoyin' that beast
And thanks for all the help you have given me.

He got leery......... with too much theory.
CJV, is a great guy, very generous with his info on mods. Towards the end it was abit frustrating for me personally when the NOS and CO2 started to come into the fray.
Good theories and execution, but not really practical. But then again the 996tt is not what most people would consider practical. I would have liked to see CJV turbo would fair on the race course with all the mods.

Alexander S...cjv, didn't really tell me much except that he has decided to leave the boards.
Although I really wondered when he had time to ever drive the thing since it spent a lot of time at scargo and before that, at The Racer's Group. For me, I can't even stand a few days away from my car.
If anything, he really showed us the upper limits of the TT and for that, I give him props!![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

This is probably our first and last experience with retired CIA guys (didn't he say he retired from Air America?) I wonder if in the end, the project didn't live up to expectations. In what other way does deleting all his posts make sense? If the whole project depends on a bottle of NOS, why not start that way? AS
