Default Ultimate Motorwerks New 996TT Exhaust System

It’s been a desire for many years to offer my own exhaust system to customers..
A well known system is being private label manufactured in Europe for UMW. In fact FedEx is moving a large crate over the pond as I type.
The exhaust will feature 130mm 200 cell HJS cats. These cats will be long lasting. These are the very best German cats that one can purchase and utilize. 100 cell HJS cats will be offered for those that want them.
My “main” goal of this exhaust is to offer great performance and a nice tone with “no drone”. With that said, there are folks that have sensitive ears. I realize that and will try to accommodate them within reason to hear this exhaust in person.
This system is marketed as my Sport Quiet. The cost is $3,495.00 plus shipping.
Additionally, for existing Ultimate Motorwerks customers please email me for additional savings.
I will post pictures shortly.

Today was a great day. My shipment cleared customs and were delivered this afternoon. It tooks me a few hours to unpack and inspect all the exhaust systems.

The picture above shows the 130mm/5.00 inch diameter HJS 200 cell cats. One nice design feature of this exhaust system is the large diameter transition 90 degree elbow (post cat). The diameter is 86mm/3.50 inch.

To combat drone, a 70mm/2.75 inch, tuned balance tube connects bank 1 and bank 2.

The stainless steel components are hand polished to a nice finish.

Default looks nice

Hi- I am interested in the exhaust as well. I know it is hard to describe sound and loudness, but do you have a sense of the loudness in db? The stock is around 80db at idle outside and maybe 93 @ 3000 RPM. I have an aftermarket exhaust that is around 89db at idle and 96db @ 3000. While loud, it is the drone that is unpleasant, so I am looking at going back to oem or getting a different one.

Thanks,
Michael

deardorff8x10, Welcome to Rennlist. This exhaust is built for those that want performance, and a nice exhaust tone without drone. Feel free to call me to discuss which exhaust you have. Some systems are going to be loud and drone due to the design.

blockhed, 7.5 pounds lighter than stock as shown. The 4 heat shields alone weight 6.6 lbs
