Just finalized purchase of this 2002 996 TT. I live in Germany, the car was purchased in the states. Can't wait for it to arrive here for pickup. Has 43,000 Miles. Got it detailed, clear coated and paint corrected so it should look great when it arrives. All stock. Now to check out that options sticker under the hood. Doubt it is an X-50 but would love life if it was. Looking at keeping all stock accept an ECU tune. First stop will be the autobahn.

UPDATE: attached are the updated photos after the detail, paint correction, headlight restoration and protective clear coat. Can't wait to drive this incredible machine.

thats' strange, you had to locate one in the states! but it doesn't matter where you found it, all that matters is you have autobahn and a p turbo! congratulations ( if not envy ) are in order!

Thanks everyone. Interior is gray. Got the six speed manual and am having blizzak LM 32's delivered so I can drive safe during the winter. Also made purchase in states because I'm in the army and will be returning and needed us spec vehicle. Also even older turbo models here in Germany are incredibly expensive and if I bought here would have had to pay euro which would have been crazy. I have been on the autobahn enough to respect it and not push it to hard. I can take her to the nuremburgring for that.

I called them this morning inquiring about that car. Looks great.

 

And here is the final product getting ready to be shipped to Germany. Had a full detail and corrective paint with protective coat. SweetCars did a marvelous job. Can't wait to see this car. (SEE ABOVE)
