Default All-Aluminum Radiators

Anyone know of a company producing all-aluminum radiators for our cars? Left, right, and center...I've emailed CSF and Ron Davis to see if they plan to produce any, will post what I hear back.
Plastic end-tanks suck...

If none of the 'custom' rad companies is willing to build them, I will probably make my own...fixed once-fixed right

Why don't those of us who are interested organize a group buy, and bring it to a mfr?

Did you talk to Griffin? They make custom tanks for street rods/ American Iron, but are known for high quality and one-offs.

Bill at Ron Davis has been the first to reply, he is looking over some information he has and will be in-touch again shortly; I have offered to disassemble my GT2 to obtain any information/dimensions/pictures required.

I bet these wont be cheap plus the stock ones actually last. 50k miles and only one replaced.

$1300 for replacement 'plastic' ones aren't either, my GT2 has 1 (maybe 2) rads that are starting to leak at 30k miles/50k kms, which is pathetic to me when I consider that I've had cars with 10x that mileage (and older, and saw winter/salt, and flying rocks, track-use etc,)on original rads.
If the aftermarket won't make, or is very slow in the process of making the rads, I will have my fabricator buddy make me aluminum tanks for my original cores and be worry-free for a much longer time

C and R build some outstanding radiators. They are pricey but very strong. Rally cars have wrapped them around trees and not had a water leak.

Devon at C and R had a radiator for an STI race car made for us. Very high quality aluminum was well as beautiful welds.

These guys make most of the rads for the Nascar teams as well as the high end off-road racers.

In many cases it's not the radiator leaking but the fitting that it's connected to. Plastics radiators are a german thing, hated the one I had on my m3.

yup have seen the connectors leaking as well before on other cars, hoping mine is just that when I pull my bumper off to inspect...either way the car will be going aluminum either over the winter during storage(amongst over things) or if found faulty when bumper is off
