Default Shop in Dallas-Ft. Worth for a PPI?

Hello folks, I've been a lurker here on Rennlist for years. I have an extensive background in German car ownership & DIY repair, having had both BMWs and Audi's. I currently drive a 1995 Audi urS6 which I have owned for many years, she currently sits at 251k on the odometer and still running like a top!

As the saying goes, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em! Long story short, I'm looking for a reputable Porsche shop in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a 996TT. My goal for the 996TT is to use it as a daily driver as well as an occasional track car.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Interesting, thanks for the response. The car I'm looking at is actually being sold by RAC. I intended to buy a car from an owner, and not a dealer, but I guess I could do worse than a Ruf shop.

Which one are you looking at there? The silver one with 89K miles?

+1 on RAC, they do all of my work and are the most reputable shop I've dealt with.

If you want an alternative, you can try John Gladwill at Boardwalk Porsche.

I did this same post in may of this year. 10 out 12 responses were John gladwill at boardwalk Porsche in Dallas. Turns out he had serviced the car I was interested in. I was very happy with him, and bought the car. Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. If you do get the car, I would not use earth auto shippers.

OP....let me know if the silver one at RAC is the one you are looking at. If it is, PM me your number so I can tell you about the car. I know about it because I went to go see it 2 weeks ago before I bought mine.
