What did you do to your 996TT today?
any before and after pictures?
I refinished my headlight lenses. They were looking pretty rough, and even though the car is a race car stuff like that drives me crazy. I used a product that I've been using for years to get some stuck on rubber off that turned only one of them completely foggy and yellow on contact and I finally had enough of looking at it like that. So I wet sanded them with 600 then 800 then 1000 then 1500 then 2000 grit, and then went into the paint booth and shot a couple coats of UV proof clear. Looking so much better so far...

I'm pretty pleased with the Techart Map together with the K24 turbos... did a short warm-up drive yesterday after quite a while.
Did a 2.000mls trip with my wife to Rome and back recently in the Boxster S ... but yesterday gave me a shock about the difference....
Haven't had it on a dyno, but I guess it must be around 540hp
I had to copy the immobilizer data from the original ecu to the Techart ECU, so I should be able to copy the MAP the other way as well

Nope, it's remote. If these ECUs are like the Bosch ME7 ones of the same era, you can't flash them if there's a soldered chip. I guess you can send them in if you don't have the flash loader and software and have it bench flashed, but I can't imagine why anyone getting their car remote tuned wouldn't have that. IMO, anyone who has a custom tune should run logs occasionally to make sure everything is happy.
