What other suspension components are you doing?

Just the associated Springs, linkage and Porsche Motorsport Camber Plates and associated parts.

Needed new brakes - but that was from track time.

Congrats and they look great. Please follow up when you get it on the track and sorted, I'd be real interested in your impressions. I'm considering upgrading my JIC/Cross set up to either Motons or Penske and haven't settled on which yet.

very well planted, problem now is traction in the turns (tires) and staying in the seats. Funny how one modification leads to several others. Depending on the track - Daytona, PBIR and Homestead are very nice and smooth, Sebring took some getting use to, adjusted the shocks some. For the street very stiff but our roads for the most part are all new, I drive to & from the track and only use the car for the track. Orbit Racing did all the suspension work for me.

You'll enjoy the difference. Expect the drop link brackets to move a bit. Mine seemed to take a "set" in time but it wasn't in perfect alignment with the heim end as it was when I originally installed them. I never found anything moving so far that it would cause a bind in the linkage.

Removed the Bose subwoofer. Easier access to suspension adjustment. More dead weight removed. I'll find out soon if my ears can even tell the difference. Between my hearing problems and the louder exhaust...I doubt I'll notice.

How's street driving? Recommend for a DD? Any comparison to the OEM X73 suspension?

Thanks!

I am picking up today. Will find out spring specs and how it drives. I am sure it will be stiffer than before...but handling and ride height much better.

I don't have any experience w/ X73 - but people say it is very good on track and street.

All I can say is...OMG! The car is finally the car I always thought it should be. It handles like it always should have. Sits lower and looks great, no squatting under acceleration, no roll, it's just GREAT!!!

To the springs question:
5" 600# F
7" 800# R

Shock settings are 7 in back and 6 for the front right now. They are a little stiffer than stock, I think they are perfect for DD. If you have bad roads it may be a couple clicks too stiff. I will be interested to see how much if any adjustment will be made at the track.

I will post pictures soon. I just got home and it's cold and dark in the garage.

Replaced my Power Steering pump w/new GT2 one. It was in bad shape.
