Anyone with Mustang Dyno Numbers @ Kevin's 2a Kit ??

 

TachiF, look up previous posts on Rennlist for the Stage 2 dyno sheets. 2 and 2A will be similar outputs.

 

well I discovered that the install of my turbos was not done properly and resulted in damage to my compressor wheels
Turbos are winging themselves back to kevin for a rebuild, this explains the lacking performance of my setup.

 

how could they install it wrong? What happenned?

 

the adapter pipe on the inlet sides of the turbos were not fastened properly and the internal steel ring on the stock inlet pipe fell into the compressor wheels.

 

ouch, yeah that has to hurt a turbo for sure...

Update on this. Car is Mr Consistent.

Ran it at the local drag strip, still trapping consistent 125-127 mph.

 

Hi guys, Just got my UMW 2A stage installed with new maps on it. The power on the car is INSANE and ridiculously FAST. Im still working with Kevin on Logs..... I had the UMW Flash for over a year, BTW, I thought my cas was "fast"....... WRONG !!! LOL !!! For those wondering if 2A stage is worth it.... 10000% sure its !!!!

Haven't posted here forever. Just sayin...still loving my UMW Stage 2 performance!

 

I should say I now have about 16.5 k on the UMW turbs....I drive it the way it was meant to be driven 100% satisfaction and zero reliability issues. 26.5 k on the car...now.

 

That is great to hear the turbo setup is going strong
