X73 suspension availability?
I've read some posts on a couple Porsche forums, stating that the X73 suspension is NLA from Porsche.
Does anyone know definitively, fact or fiction? If fact, temporary or permanent?
Doesn't make sense to me... 996TTs were manufacturered as late as 2005, you'd think they'd continue offering new replacement hardware in the event an owner would need it. Would X73-spec'd owners be SOL if they had a hardware failure? Needing a new shock, spring, etc.
Just curious... thanks.

Email Gert Carnewal using the form on the website. I don't want to quote for him, but he quoted me a better price than is listed on his website.
The summer holiday in Europe is early August if I remember correctly.

Just went to Suncoast site and they don't show the X73 suspension kit, typed in the part # and still nothing so I'd call them. Then I checked Sonnen's site and they show the kit for $2,399. As a point of reference I paid $2,275 for the kit on 11/30/11.

The exchange rate is making all the good suspension kits more expensive right now. I checked Sonnen, but after shipping, Gert was about $100 more and was so helpful, I decided to go with him.
I didn't feel right about picking his brain and then going somwhere else over $100.
