Found a terrific Turbo Cab in Vegas. Been looking since I sold my '99 Cab in June.
Thanks to all of you that helped me out doing walk arounds, reports, referals, answering questions and everything else.
This car is not exactly what I was looking for but I think I'll be very happy with it. It was a two owner car that spent the last 6 years in Vegas. It had 14,750 miles on it when I bought it Sunday. I have all the books and service records. The 2 remote keys plus valet key are there. The PO had it serviced and oil changed with mobile 1 0W40 about every 2k miles. Brake fluid flush at 9800 miles. The car looks nearly brand new inside and out. It drives like a new car as well. The undercarriage looks new as does the underside of the motor. The PO installed a K40 radar detector with F & R jammers and interior hidden controls. In dash XM radio.
Body is unblemished, without a scratch in Bassalt Metallic Black, Cinnamon Natural Leather, Black top. Chrome plated, factory hollow spoke wheels, free of curb rash. 6 speed manual trans. A PPI was done by the Porsche dealer less than a week before I made my offer and everything passed and looked great. The car also had a full service 1500 miles ago.
After what I'd seen with all the abused and neglected cars I've considered, I was prepared to walk away from this one as well. I was pleasently surprised, more like totally blown away with the condition. This car looked mint, I couldn't even see a crumb or piece of lint on the floor mats, not even a finger print on the glass. I even looked at the black paint in the sunlight at different angles looking for swirls and there were none. Not a scratch or ding on the chrome wheels. The bottom of the exhaust tips hadn't even been scraped up. If the odometer said 1475 miles instead of 14750, one would not question it.
This car belonged to a wealthy developer and was one of his pleasure vehicles that he kept in a special garage at his office. The sale was handled by one of his employees that did an outstanding job answering questions and making certain all concerns were addressed.
I drove the car home about 450 miles on Monday. It was great, there were many stretches of 80 mph speed limits and very little traffic and cool enough that the bugs were few. I'll give my wife the pumpkins and look for some nice black wheels. I drove it in the canyons last night and can't wait for warm weather (it snowed here tonight) so I can push it a bit. I can tell I'll want to chip it and add an exhaust.
At long last the search is over. I did get my heated seats, no Tip, no Sports Seats, no X50, no PCCBs and black was not in my first half dozen color choices, and chrome wheels my last choice. Funny how things turn out.
better pics soon!

Welcome aboard![Cheers](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif)
Only in Vegas are chrome wheels standard
but those can easily be changed. Looks like you got a great one and did like I did by choosing condition and history over all else. Well done. And that interior is sweet. Very unique color and nicely done.
Get some more pics up once you get done cleaning all the drool up.
Enjoy in good health

Very nice. I really wanted that color interior, but settled for gray (my second choice). I hope you enjoy yours like I enjoy mine.
If you haven't done it yet, find an open stretch of road and drop in 4th at about 60. Floor it. The world will stand still and you will be well into 3 figures before you look at the speedo.
I know. I sound like a 911 TT rookie (which I am). Enjoy.
