Powdercoat em black. Its not played out.. You'll love the way it looks.

What color are you swaying towards?

I have chrome OEM turbo twists on my newly acquired 03 Turbo as well. I can't get rid of them fast enough!

I bought a set of original finish turbo wheels and the chromed ones are destined to go on Ebay.
Unfortunately, there are a few sets of chrome Porsche wheels on Ebay already that aren't getting ANY bids.

Oh, well.

I am just going to get mine Powdercoated/Painted. Just too lazy to take the time and money to get it done. Found a guy in NC that does powdercoating for a reasonable price. The local wheel specialist here is crazy expensive.

How about a color between the stock silver and black? A titanium color would tie in well with Polar Silver. IMO

I don't think you can powdercoat over chrome. Rimpro.com quoted me $100/wheel to strip the chrome and $175/wheel to refinish them to OEM standards.

I think they are close to artic silver stock. I would try polar silver to match. Nobody has that.
If you have to go dark, go to a flat metorite like the new 997 color but with flattener
