I am a big fan of the "right" short shifter. I always fitted them to my 986 / 996 cars when new.
I actually removed an awful short shifter from this car when i bought it. too short, too heavy.
Time to buy a 997ssk.
what is the ssk fitted to standard ? or is it a techequip item ?

what is the ssk fitted to standard ? or is it a techequip item ?it's the oem 997ssk. i went from oem 996 to oem 997 and them finally to the 997ssk --- and the 997ssk is the way to go hands down. it's made throwing the car into whatever gear way more fun. it's smooth and precise and how every turbo porsche should feel.
