Have had great experience with IA as recently as this past summer when I consulted about and ultimately purchased a GIAC upgrade along with EVO diverter valves and a K&N filter from them. Right now I can't recall the name of the gentleman I dealt with (have it written down at the office, but could have been Tony?), but I can tell you that they handled everything professionally and promptly, exactly as explained. The pricing was great too as right before I bought GIAC lowered the pricing for the X50, so they passed it on right away. Sent box to them and they modified, sent back with other stuff and it worked great.

They even offered a discount for exhaust when I decide to change that using package pricing, so unless I find a used Europipe 2 Quiet for a good price, I will likely follow through and get something nice from them and complete my Stage 1 transformation. Said they would honor deal even in 2009, if I recall.

Also looks like IA has everything from the basics all the way to full build-up/turbo upgrades and beyond. So relationship could grow should a person do things in stages.

Overall, thumbs up and I highly recommend them.

I've dealt with Stephen and I found him to be knowledgeable and responsive. I am thinking of sending my car to him for its 60,000 mile service. He delivered everything he promised, on time.

Stephen Kaspar is the real deal. He is the PCA technical advisor for turbo models - look for his responses to technical questions in your Panorama editions. He has engine experience with the internals of some of the newer Porsche motors that very few have ever seen.

Plus, he is a GREAT guy. I once told him I was going to tear down my 2.7RS motor and he said, "let me know if you need to borrow any tools". Needless to say I didn't take him up on that offer, but that tells you what kind of guy he is. Plus, he drives a Speed Yellow 997 Turbo as his daily driver!

I am local to Kansas City area, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him for a moment.

I thank you all for your positive responses. I have ordered a pair of 996 Recaro seats from IA and anxiously waiting for their delivery. I will post some pictures as soon as I have them installed.

Spoke to Stephen today. All is not well. He apparently was banned from this site by IB. My advice would be to call directly for all the news.

Hmmm.. I am planning on taking my car over to him for some upgrading when I get back from Iraq. I wonder what is going on. He seems like a very nice guy from the few emails I have talked to him in.

IA is still a Sponsor of this site... and they ban Stephen?

That's just wrong.

Those guys at IA are super nice to deal with. I'm hoping to get my 993 to them this summer. Stephan was very nice to deal with and very quick with anything I needed.
I'm not surprised someone can get "banned" I've been on the border line a few times I think. Fair or unfair ? who knows ...its not my board.
