Reeves is a good dealer. Call and ask for Chuck or Matt and get their rate and let them explain what they inspect. Vortex (used to be Dave White is good too.

Ditto on Tom Kerr ... over on 6speed as well. Given the work his mechanic has done, I'd trust their opinion on a PPI

Stay far away from Reeves.. I would go with Bob Brook and vortex, Bob loves what he does and will spend extra time going through the car vs Reeves having the lot boy fill out a check sheet. If you want a dealer I would go across to Bert Smith.

I am waiting for Andrew's words today as he promised will do a quick visual condition for me before I fly out....

and am telling you...waiting is hard....even I buy this for my husband as his surprise birthday...because last night he is still looking for a Porsche and kept asking me this one that one is good.....and I just ignored him by saying...that's fine I will call them tomorrow or so...

Good luck with the car. Hope you find someone satisfactory to check it over. As I pm'ed you, bob at Vortex, or Chuck at Reeves. If the car is on the other side of the bay Bert Smith will also do a good job.
I would trust anyone of them to give you a good opinion, I am sure the prices will be similar. also if reasonable price and very nice but expensive car getting a second opinion cant hurt either.
anyone of us, andrew, bob, or I can see the car and at least drive it for you if you are unfamiliar with the 911 type car.
the stock car will be docile enough around town for you to drive it home.
