Default Product Release: EPL’s K16/16g Turbo Upgrade Kit

EPL is please to announce a new turbo upgrade solution for the 996tt market.

EPL’s K16/16g kit utilizes your stock k16 turbo chargers fully modified for superior flow and response. Larger Mitsubishi 16g compressor wheels are carefully fitted to improve performance without sacrificing low end power delivery.

Hours of dyno tuning and street testing have allowed EPL to produce multiple ecu calibrations specifically tailored for your needs. True 91, 93 and 103 octane ecu calibrations are available to allow optimal performance for which ever octane gas you choose to run.

This is a great upgrade for those looking for 600 crank horse power without any losses in response over a factory car.

What does the kit include?

[2] K16/16g Turbo
[1] Wastegate Upgrade Kit (installed)
[1] 5 Bar Fuel Pressure Regulator
[1] Turbo Install Kit
[1] EPL ECU Flash (True 93,91, and 103 oct programs available)

Dyno Testing:

All testing was performed on a compeltely stock cars. Expect power gains to be greater on cars with upgraded intercoolers, exhausts and intakes.

600hp?

Do I keep my original turbos to put back on if I ever sell the car?

Yes, this kit produces just under 600 crank horsepower on a car with stock exhaust.

The turbos are sold with a core exchange. If you would like to keep your stock turbo's, this is fine as however you will not receive your core fee back.

tony...is the ecu flashed through the obd port or does the ecu needs to be sent to you? many tuners here provide flash loaders to the owners which allows them to flash their ecu from the convenience of their homes. also the stock file is stored within the loader in the event stock file needs to be reloaded.

Currently, ecu flashing must occur in house or at one of our dealer locations. All kits include over night return shipping.

End user flashing is currently in development and will be released shortly.

This install is very easy. If you feel comfortable swapping factory turbo's, you will have no problem installing this kit.

Tony,

What a fantastic deal and great numbers (both HP and cost)! I wish you were around a few years ago. This kit is a no brainer...unless you're looking for 700 or more HP

Very tempting upgrade, but the hassle of sending the car somewhere for the ECU flash would probably prevent me from buying this. Could I buy the kit, minus the cost of your ECU flash, and have a tuner like Kevin or FVD modify their file to work? I know FVD will customize their software if you tell them which parts you have on your car.

Gobble,

We have priced our kit very competitive based in it being a complete package.

At this time we are unable to sell the turbo's separate. What part of the country are you in? I wouldn't be surprised if we had a dealer in your area that would be able to install the software for you with no down time.

By not using our software you are not doing the kit "justice". The ecu file have have created is specifically tailored to the dynamic of this turbo. This isnt something that can be done without true on car tuning.

Thanks,
Tony
