Can the stock 996tt clutch handle this power for long or is it necessary to upgrade the clutch asap. Tony what is your email address?

Hi Speedy,

This is the limit of the stock clutch. I have seen them last for quite a while at this power and I have also seen them slip within a few miles. It mainly depends on the current condition of your clutch.

I see you have a Spring 996tt Tuning Special going on now. If I just do the stock ecu flash first, then upgrade to this package.
Got a couple of questions.
Can I just purchase the Turbo Upgrades parts later? Do I have to re-flash the ecu? If so, how much to re-flash?

Thanks

You don't have to send the whole car to EPL, just the ECU. It takes about 20 minutes to get the ECU out of the car, then you just overnight it to EPL, they flash it, then overnight it back. That's it!

Great looking kit, and great price BTW!!!

Great package, but I am sure you understand allot of us TT guys have preferred tuners, .I would never step far from mine, I know allot of us are loyal to their respective tuners.I think if you offer just the Turbos and waste gates you will get more of the sales. Honestly I understand you selling as package, I do get that.I know you have the R&D and you want the package to work the way you have designed it to.

By not using our software you are not doing the kit "justice". The ecu file have have created is specifically tailored to the dynamic of this turbo. This isnt something that can be done without true on car tuning.

Thanks,

Hi Tony,

Any Dealers near san francisco that would be able to install the software with no downtime?

thanks

Hey Jleev, yes I installed the kit myself. It was fairly easy, the tough part being the 5bar install. You have to be careful not to bend the spring end when you fit ot from the top

Hey Tony, I wish I had know about VLM spec in San Rafael instead of sending my ecu to you. No big deal though. Can they do flash upgrades with your software. Also when are you coming to the San Raphael area as I would like to see if we can tweak things on a dyno? thanks Mike
