Are Bosch FR6 plugs pre-gapped
Do I need to adjust the gap before installing FR6 plugs in a stock car?

Yes, and as a rule if a spark plug comes with a plastic or cardboard sleeve in the packaging, its gapped.

Check them.... It only take a few seconds. I often find "pre-gapped" plugs grossly off.

I just put a set of FR6's in. I checked each gap and found them to be within a thou. or two of spec and didn't need to make any adjustments.

How hard is it to change out the spark plugs in this car? Dealer wants $750.00 and says it takes 6 hours of labor.

You can run the Bosch plugs out of the box. They are usually consistant. The electrode does have a protective sleeve like flankenspeil has mentioned.
If you are running larger turbochargers, you can tighten up the gap.
