Default Headers and Air Box upgrade

I have a 2005 turbo S and wanted to get a set of headers and a cold air induction box. Who makes the best package and how much does it cost? What HP gains should I expect? I always get .9 bar in second gear and up, will headers and a cold air induction system boost me to 1.0 bar?

Welcome;
Headers on K24's will usually give you minus torque (down low in the RPM band) do to slowing the exhaust gases into the turbine housing. The stock headers are very good..

Put your money into a ECU tune and a good exhaust.

Who makes the best ECU and exhaust for this car? What HP should I expect to see? Will the power band change and if so, how?

Is it normal to see a 0.9 bar reading for this car?

What brand of flash do you use, Revo, GIAC? How much is the flash and and exhause and what is the turnaround time for the flash? Will the flash or exhaust void the warranty?

It's UMW programming. I can flash load thru your ECU without the need to see your car or ECU. PM or email for details..

I second that... I just loaded the UMW program on my 2003 X50 two weeks ago and the car screams... worth every penny!!! Add an exhaust and you'll never want to park it.

Thanks Kevin!
