Default New Tial ball-bearing turbos for the 996tt

Tial has some new ball-bearing turbos for the 996tt, bolt-on:

I wonder if these are amenable to zero-clearance massaging?
Hey Kevin, if you can get the charts on these, let us know what you
think!

Question Anybody know how.....

they get the water to cool the turbo bearing. There's no such cooling circuit on the watercooled 996TT. This type of cooling is present on the 944T.

You just tap into one of the water lines. Protomotive water cools all there turbos.

That's just GOT to make you nervous being the guinea pig they use to get their product to work....

No thanks. I'll wait for a "complete" package.

I know Greg Jones at TiAL has been working on these bolt-on turbo replacements for a long time now. If they perform like off-the-shelf GT28s, we got a winner

Cheers,
