they get the water to cool the turbo bearing. There's no such cooling circuit on the watercooled 996TT. This type of cooling is present on the 944T.

 

You just tap into one of the water lines. Protomotive water cools all there turbos.

 

whos got the correct programs for these turbos?

They don't even have the turbochargers installed yet? And they have programming??

 

That's just GOT to make you nervous being the guinea pig they use to get their product to work....

I know Greg Jones at TiAL has been working on these bolt-on turbo replacements for a long time now. If they perform like off-the-shelf GT28s, we got a winner
