I'd estimate it took around 3 hours. A friend helped and neither of us had done the job before, although we did have some good guidance from Rich.

Now the total time was more because of three trips to Tool Town. Attached a pic of those purchases which included

A 10mm Hex key (old caliper bolts)
A T55 Torx bit (new caliper bolts)
A flare end wrench 10mm
Anti Seize compound

The job would obviously be a lot quicker next time.

and good eye Kevin - I bought the torque wrench because I was sick of borrowing...

The kit is only offered with "yellow" you can order the fronts in Red.. But you will have to powder coat the rear/yellow calipers red.

what is the part number for the rear?? Is it a 996 Gt3 rear caliper? or a 997 T ? 997 Turbo uses 350mm rotors in the rear correct?

Also looking for brake upgrade for the 996TT here as well.

I know that these OEM kit offer great performance, can you explain if there is a need to replace the original rear Turbo caliper or just the front is enough?

What is the major difference in terms of stock 996TT rear brake kit vs yours?

What is the shipping fee to Vancouver BC?

This kit is not available for the 993TT.

Kinesis, it is a complete factory upgrade in kit form. It is designed to work as a complete system> with you ABS and PSM. I do not offer just the front calipers. Porsche does not break up the components> selling the 6piston up front and stock in rear..

Email me and with your postal code.

Kevin, I may still move to a 997TT. Do you still have the yellows available ? Will these fit a 997TT ? Cheers Mark
