You said it above, the only difference is to apply it to a rolling run to eliminate traction issues, different RPMs off the line, suspension changes, tire pressure changes, etc.. and you get the same result. In 1st-2nd gears you hardly put load on the engine, 3rd onwards is where real boost/heat starts to eat up your performance, go up to 200mph and you will really see who has HP given the same aero.
Europeans don't drag race in general, they really have no serious experience in launching properly these cars, and the guys who own them, don't take them to the strip usually, just different culture.

I would like to see how your cars compare with standards over here. Right, wrong or indifferent... trap is gospel over here. As for your Supra...it still needs the exact same Hp at the wheels to move it thru the traps at the same speed as one over here....assumming all is equal, but when is anything truly equal. How is the GT2 running with the new programming? Kevin G
But my supra did trap 167mph with only 1067hp in the engien dyno...Maybe my numbers ar elow or your US nu,bers are sky high..
Something that are a little strange is a K16 car will max just abov 500hp here and a k24 car approx 550hp...Do you think the turbos are getting bigger when the cars are beeing shipped over the sea...
I have not tested my UMW PP yes because the snow is here now.. but kevin says approx 520-530 with exhoust, airfilter and PP...
It would be fun to see what 0elven cars would give with a exhoust, 580-600hp or what..?...damm here in Europe and in Germany the home of Porsche, above 530hp the gt2 need new turbos..

I agree that 500 is just about tops for a K16 and 550 is ballprk for a 24... thats why I went much bigger than a 24 on the compressor side. Kevin

Rickard... since you are a dragracer.. answer me this question:How much HP do I have? I have trapped 128.2 Fact. My car was on a certified platform scale in full race weight, 3769lbs Fact. Tell me my HP. Kevin

Knowing drivetrain losses are very hard and people are always argeuning about how much it is..maybe your car only have 600hp then your trap is to high
