Thanks for the good advice. Up until last year we were under-insured. For some vague reason our previous agent/company would not increase our policy to reflect the value of our house and contents. We moved to Arkansas from So Cal 3 years ago and never had a problem before. But the agent here had a "formula" and said the Co. could not raise the value! We shopped and switched to another Co. that agreed we were not fully insured with the previous co. I sleep a little better now!!

PS...We used to do "stuff" with the San Diego PCA region. We may have crossed paths sometime in the past!?!?

I am new to San Diego since 2 years ago approx. So the crossing of paths is not too possible. Its good that you have found an agent that will properly protect your assets.

New guy here but I had to chime in. Robert, your garage is very "cool"
