Thumbs up ROOCK Customer Service

I thought I would put my 2 cents in....
I ordered Roock's 18" wheels for my boxster as well as the GT3 front end and side skirts about 2 weeks ago. I have been following the comments on Rennlist about customer service from Roock. I thought I would take this time and say some words about the company. Since day one, I have had nothing but excellent service from Neil at Roock. I have both e-mailed and called him and he has been very prompt with answers to my questions. Sometimes he has even called me twice during the day to see if I received his e-mail answer (I live in Canada and was very impressed to see Roock want my business). I too like some of you are in the customer service industry (at least my business is heavily reliant on my customer service), I suspect that we have only seen poor comments on the board about Roock because it seems its only dissatisfied customers who make the most noise. I can't comment on other members experiences , but I can say that my experience has been very good and I WOULD recommend Roock to my friends.

Play nice... I thought I would add my opinion... at least I thought it was legal in this part of the world. The parts are on the way... customs canada took their sweet time going through the paperwork. They left Toronto this morning. And no I did not get a discount.... maybe I should ask for one?!- You must have missed my comment on "noise"

I think the only way we will get to the bottom of this is to have our new friend post copies of the customs documents showing that there was an order and that it went through customs.

What do you guys think?

Aaaaahhh... those gullible simpletons from Alberta.

The extinction of mosquitos in Edmonton have more of a chance than you getting your parts from Roock.

Then again, miracles can happen.

I am sorry but I just could not resist this post. The last time I posted was also regarding the topic of Roock.

I am very sorry to say that I do not share the same opinion of Roock as our "new friend" out west. I too am located in Canada and all I can say is that Mr. Roock could not care less about my business.

In an earlier post I described how his suspension distroyed the better part of the bottom end of my 2002 996TT. The repair bill has topped more than $8000.00 and has included parts such as both rear lower control arms(not a common wear item).

Mr. Roock was so concerned that he didn't return my calls numerous times and in the end after dozens of calls just said "sorry my parts are not bad".

I would like to say to our "new friend" that if you are not in fact Roock himself you must be his best friend (only friend). I hope that your friendship goes better than the 1000's of others that have gone before you. But more realistically I think that we all know that even with your endorcement Mr. Roock's reputation is firmly planted in the outhouse out back.

Just my 2 cents.

I am 996ttrs ex-wife and just wanted to say how happy I was with the items I purchased from ROOCK for my ex-husbands car. It made the car miserable for him to drive, broke down, and allowed 1984 Corvettes to blow by him. I never expected ROOCK to live up to my expectations and make my husband as unhappy as it did. Thank you ROOCK. I highly recommend them to any wives and ex-wives that want to frustrate their husbands.

Ok now it’s my turn I don’t know dick about Roock but I do know Ruwan or rage as he uses on this site. This guy is a first class gentleman. I don’t think he would BS anyone if his life depended on it.
