It looks like I opened a can of worms.... first of all. I thank Zigzagn for the kind words.
In response to most of the comments out there, I only wanted to voice my experience with Roock and Neil. It seems from the other responses most of you would agree that Neil is a decent guy. Anyway, once F_dex gets their act together and gets my stuff here I will take a picture of the car and post it to prove I got the parts ok.
Some have asked why I chose to deal with Roock even after the bad press. The answer is I saw pictures of Shanks TT and thought it looked awesome with those wheels. When I called Roock and spoke to Neil he seemed knowledgeable and so I ordered. I hope I can write to you guys on wed (thats when f_dex ground said the wheels would be here)and tell you that Roock may have done the best thing in hiring Neil.
Lastly... I wish I was pretending that I live in Edmonton( especially when the weather gets so bloody cold)... and no I do not work for Roock, nor do I know Neil and no I did not get any discount!..... I take back what I said about Edmonton, The Rocky Mountains between Jasper and Banff are the best place to open up a Porsche!
I'm sure Zigzagn would agree!

Want to e-mail me either privately - or post back publicly - the reasons for your post? I will tell you - that about 9 months ago, I had the opportunity to speak with Fabian at Roock - concerning posts on this Forum. And that situation was immediately fixed. And he was a professional and a gentleman.
I will also tell you - that you had better have "first hand" information - rumors and innuendo don't cut it with me. So - I would suggest you remove your photos above, unless you can explain how they are relevant to your position. You have about 10 minutes from this post - or I'll delete them - and turn off your ability to post. I could care less. Your choice.
"Think" before you post folks - and I won't get upset. Anything less - good luck to you...
And no - there are no jumping icons in this post - nor no "smilies". I'm really not in the mood for those games.

Are you concerned about legal liability (libel, slander or defamation suit) to the site? If so, I can understand that in this very litigous country.
But I also think you can't ignore the consistency of bad experiences that your constituency has experienced. Can ALL those people be wrong?

CJV is 110% correct. All I saw with Darren's post was derogatory posts - and photoshop'ed pictures. Rennlist is not the National Enquirer of the Internet. If you have direct experience with a vendor/supplier - post it up - either good or bad - that is an important part of Rennlist. BUT it had better be "first hand" information.
I have a few hot buttons - and this subject happens to be one of them. In short - folks can speak their mind - but it had better be based on first hand information - and they are free to post the facts as they know them. In my mind, anything less is irresponsible, uncalled for and unwarranted - and indefensible.

As promised, here is a picture of the wheels Roock sent me next to an Edmonton phone book.
I still stand by Roocks customer service as great. I would definitely recommend Roock to anyone of my friends. Neil’s customer service was great. He even talked me through the offset questions I had with regards to the wheels. They fit great. 18x9 in front and 18x10.5 on the rear.
