Talking RUF exhaust

Hi everyone! I have been reading this discussion for some time but have never posted a message. I have a 2002 TT which finally arrived in December. I just installed the RUF sport exhaust which I purchased from Weissach. The exhast looks good, sounds great and there is no resonance! Also, I think I can feel the added power.
Additionally, if anyone is interested in a 1 month old pair of Porsche 4 pipe tips, I will sell them for about 1/2 price.

Hi Ed:

Looking forward to hearing and viewing the RUF exhaust soon.

As for the X54 option exhaust tips, some people over at the Funcarsonline MB recently expressed some interest in buying these tips. You might want to consider posting this message over there...Funcarsonline Forum

Ed,

What other modifications have you made ? Is the Ruf exhaust the only change ? Have you had any 'engine check ' codes or other issues ?

The only other modifications I have made have been cosmetic - polished hollow turbo wheels, added Techart wing, side intake vent fins and front horizontal grill fins (which don't show up on my car - Midnight Blue Metallic). I will be changing the suspension, probably Techart coil-overs to level the front end and lower the whole car about 1 inch.

Additionally, there have been no engine light problems or any other light problems at all.
Also, I forgot - I change the pedals to Cargraphic "Turbo" pedals and footrest and I put a Silver insignia on the hood.

Had a chance to met up with ED and family today and pick up the X54 tips from him. Awsome turbo Ed! Thanks for the X54 tips! Post some images when you get your new suspension.

I installed the Fabspeed exhaust on Thursday and was at the track at Mid-Ohio all weekend. The exhaust sounds awesome and definately adds power. All for a lot less than the Ruf exhaust. See Joe at fabspeed.com.

not connection just a happy customer!
