GT2 Pics
Finally had a sunny day to shoot a few pics.
Sorry, but you'll have to type this URL to take a view. I'm struggling with my new computer - can't figure out how to reduce file size enough to post directly on Rennlist. So, try:
<a href="http://homepage.mac.com/snaeve/PhotoAlbum1.html" target="_blank">http://homepage.mac.com/snaeve/PhotoAlbum1.html</a>
Give me a couple more days and I'll post some pics on the site.

0396: The color is slate grey. You don't see it that often, especially after seal was introduced.
Watt: I've reached 100 miles - en punto - thanks to a sunny day in the Bayou City. Love this car! And I hate to tell you, but the double tips make up for the speed advantage otherwise afforded to Speed Yellow. It's a function of the Reynolds Number of the exiting exhaust gases. Proven on the dyno time and time again. Can also be explained using Fourier transforms, but I don't remember how. Strippers in Houston can do it in their sleep, however.
I'm waiting for my t-shirt.

Very Nice Steve,
Those amber turn signals have to go though. Here's a pic of my mothers Slate Grey Cab. I added the turn signals and aerokit.

The Slate grey is a great color choice. You don't see it as often, I actually prefer it over my Seal Grey.

0396,
you've got to give us some background before we can design your t-shirt!! post some pix, i had a meridian TT w/ cinnamon int 5 cars ago, i love meridian.
Steve N -- very good, you remember your fliud mechanics: fluid flow through porous media, i.e., a split tip. you're getting in the spirit of things... aren't they great cars??? why so few miles, are you driving your TT in the rain? rain is good practise for being very, very, very smooth in a gt2....

Got to do a bit of driving today - with dry roads. Someone else has already said it - this thing feels like a great big go-kart! Steering is very neutral, and while I haven't pushed it at all, it is clear that the car is well balanced and has awesome grip.
Thanks to all for the compliments re the color. GT2's look great in anything Porsche paints them, but I think I will enjoy having something a little different.
msindi: BSME, MSME. After four or five years out of school my work was no longer related to engineering.

From an un-biased view point I would have to agree that Slate Grey is the best color choice a Porsche owner can make ... although my next color will be white?
