you mean in the first couple meters as at the end it is always the bigger Turbo that wins. Yes with stock boost the smaller Turbo is better than the bigger Turbo, a sthe bigger is designed to run more bost. The k24 comes alive over 0,7 bar boost but then it comes REALLY ALIVE ;-)
But who puts bigger Turbos and runs stock boost? atbthe same amount of boost the bigger Turbo has a better eficiency than the smaller Turbo. The only disadvandage is that it takes a little longer to spool up. Downshifting helps in this case;-)

PS in case one of the turbos is damaged or not work etc. just ship it back and you get another new one.
It is a factory KKK waranty and not Porsche warranty. All Turbos are tested at KKK and work fine
