I'll tell you who it does not apply to: Stephen Kaspar, Alex Sharkey, Kevin at Ultimate (sorry I don't know last name) and the many others who post volumes of data *and* make clear who they are. Their posts are enormously useful because they let me make an informed judgement and to understand their bias. To them I hoist a pint in thanks To those who present data and hide their interest...they deserve something less.
My $.02...I agree completely. Now let's get in that PC holiday spirit! I may just have to get Kevin's turbos an EVO Stage 3 from Stephen and a smoked tail light from Sharkey...I love the holidays.

Well, this was an interesting read. I have worked with Neil both as a customer and as a business consultant (We were retained put help put together PSI's/Orton's US financial plan). In working with him, I found him to be honest and ethical in his business practices. As a customer I have found the PSI products to perform beyond expectation. I would not hesitate to buy from him again, and would recommend his services without hesitation.

Spam is one of Minnesota's "best products" (Hormel).
Medtronic, 3M, Pillsbury, and Cargill do not have a product that compares... LOL

We went to lengths to provide as honest info as possible. Sure we could have put in race fuel, etc., but this helps no one. PorschePHD, thank you for your technical input, but the negative attacks by others are just crazy.
Ok, so now we got this sorted out, speedaddy is a dealer of PSI products and a Rennlist sponsor, and his posts were informational but indeed commercial.

We could have avoided a lot of unpleasant discussions had this been communicated before and shown on his signature like now, and when asked in other posts to disclose, but one needs to look towards the future and this is only the past.

At least it triggered a very informational post by Stephen, and maybe a dyno session comparing both products?

As far as Neil is concerned, it is history now.

I am not posting this dyno as a number game. So if anyone goes there I will not be involved.

I posting to show the difference in charts. What I was concerned about from the beginning. If you look at the 2500 marks you will see that the dynos would most likely overlap. Both cars should be on the same turbos from my understanding so the chacraristics should be similar. The dyno starting later on the RPM curve looks like it is humping more when it is really not. It is all in how you operate the dyno. The other you can see remains smooth with no dips. This is what you want your charts to look like.

The posted chart is from our Mustang AWD 500SE.

That's exactly in line with a stage iv car and how it should be... Stock K24s, headers, exhaust and a flash but more importantly it's a nice SMOOTH curve.

I was also thinking that it would be good to see the AFR's on the PSI one as that might help explain what's going on with the dip....

Stephen and Sharkey,
many of us really want to learn (I ordered Corky Bell's book also),
what dips are you talking about, can you explain in any simpler terms?
Are both graphs that speeddaddy posted having the same "dips" that you
speak of? We really want to understand this stuff and I will dyno my car
next summer (at your place).
