It would be like comparing your big block to a small block non blown Chevy.. The Stage 7's will destroy a stock TT's bottom end.. My Stage 5's will bang out a consistant 1.5-1.6 bars.. These are considerably larger.. While many folks are running to GT30's and GT35, my goals are to stay with KKK components and to utilize the latest wheel technology. The wheel in the Stage 7 is in the K27 frame family.

Jean, the Stage 7 has a very fat and more of a broad map vs the 35's.. The 35's have large turbine wheels.. The torque shift is far to the right(35's).. When building and engineering the Stage 7's, my target was the 35's... (smile).. With the Zero clearance, it will develop more boost at very low RPM's..

Yes, that's the compressor side that feeds boost into the intake/engine. The compressor wheel runs cooler, however, since it is compressing air heat is generated. Many hybrid wheels have to have the bore sizes plugged and cnc'd to the correct shaft size..

If yes, are the two metals compatable at different high temps(rates of expansion contraction - modulus of (i forget))

Torags 99% of compressor wheels that are made are manufactured from high grade aluminum with silicone secret sauces. My Stage 4 consists of CNC'd forged billet aluminum (very lightweight), I also offer it in Titanium. The turbine wheel is manufactured out of inconel and fused to high grade steel for the actual shaft. Yes, it is the tricks of the trades that enable one to make all of this gel together.. Let alone balancing all of the components to withstand over 160K operation.. With my redline close to 8500 this turbo will be singing.. Literally with the zero clearance, it will definately have a high pitch tone..

Alexander Thanks,. I have to admit, that gearbox work is the least favorite things for me to do.. I'm trying to purchase a GT3R box right now.. Like you said, stock ratio would be inappropriate.. I want to try to get some tall ratio's..

Kevin, during my search I found GT3 Cup gearboxes (that have taller 1st and 2nd. gear ratios), typically 3.15 and 2.0 ratios which are very appropriate for your car, these boxes have the same solid internals as the 993GT2 with shifter cable, add a GT differential and you should be fine. You might want to consider that. FWIW the GT3RS is the same as the GT3.
