Hey everyone! Wanted to post a quick update here now that I have the NR Auto bumper on. Here's the final product.

My shop was pissed when it first came in! It took a ton of prep work to get paintable, which was surprising for ~$2k. Shipping also took about 6 weeks. Honestly, probably would've been more cost effective to go with the Precision bumper to save some money on prep work, since this cost ~$1600k for paint + prep.

Mine was the same, but the finished product looks very good.

Agreed! Totally worth it at the end of the day. I might need to add some mesh for the top grill down the road so I can keep leaves from getting in there, but really happy with the way it came out!

Yes, I used the rennline grills instead of the ones that were supplied.

Nice. My shop hated the mesh that came with it, so they installed some chicken wire for the bottom.

I'll look into the one on rennline and hopefully have it installed before leaves build up in there lol

Given that the Precision bumper is fiberglass I'm not sure it'll need any less finishing than the NR one...

It is, but I can say Markus does top notch stuff, my 996 is currently down there at the moment. Need to convince him to get someone to help out with the web site, he updates more on IG.

Why not go with a RUF bumper? It's poly and it fits perfect.

Would love to get one. I don’t think Ruf produces them anymore.
