@pfbz your conversion is backwards. EUR/USD is trading 1.09XX; it's closer to $4.9k.
€4,522 with VAT
= ~€3,596 without VAT
= ~ $3,930 USD.
I rounded to $4,000

last time I checked with Ruf, it was $4500 delivered for one of their bumpers from Germany. Body shop told me $500 to paint/fit it but I think that quote's low and would expect to pay more like $1000. So $5500-6000 for the bumper fitted to the car...

Attached are the receipts and part numbers from a dealer installed OEM GT2 bumper around the time of delivery, incase it's helpful to anyone.
