Default SHOULD I BE WORRIED ????

Hi people

Can you check out my rolling road results here is this safe ?

This reading is from my car with one busted turbo and one with a hole in the casing.

They told be it was a boost leak !

Later I found the turbos where gone !

It has a stage 1 remap

My car is stock apart from an eisenmann exhaust standard catalytic converters

Im confused, how is your car able to run with no turbos and a hole in a casing somewhere? Let alone produce that graph?

When I first got my car I sent it in to the remapping centre for stage 1 tune up.

After they tuned it they told me it had a boost leak thats why it is low on horse power .
After checking the car over I discovered that both my turbo casings cracked and corroded. The shaft in one of the turbos had basically collapsed

The reason I posted the graph is to see if anyone who knows what there talking about can comment to whether my car is in a safe state at 650nm of torque.

Have they tuned it to an unsafe state ?

Are you asking if a tune caused your turbo to blow?

Or are you asking if its safe in general to use with blown turbos which the answer to that question is a no.

The answer will lie within the AFR - do you have that data available? Should be 12ish all the way across...

How does an engine run with a hole in the case? I have put a hole in a case exactly once and the engine did not run after.

If the graph shown was produced in 2019 (November) and it is now June 2020 and you have a hole and buggered turbo - you can safely assume that no, it is not safe...

The turbo's where damaged before the car was tuned !

When I got the car back from the tuning company and asked him why the horse power was down he said it had a boost leak.

When I was looking for the boost leak I discovered both turbos where corroded so bad that one had a hole in the casing.

That does not seem plausible.

You would not have run correctly (a) and b) there is no way it would have made that kind of power.

What mods would the car need to make 650nm of torque ?

Why have they tuned it to that ?
Thats why I'm concerned never mind the fact that a simple boost leak test would of stopped the remapping procedure
they've obviously thought I'll remap it anyway and take his money.

You should do boost leak tests before a tune but you dont need to. That is a lot of torque for a car with boost leaks though, wgs must have failed closed and really overspun the turbos.

Maybe a tuner will see this and give you insight.
you shouldnt turn your car on until all that broken stuff is fixed.
