Default Ultimate Motorwerks 996GT2/X50 turbochargers

For sometime now I have swapped out GT2 and X50 customer turbochargers for "other" hybrid options. This past winter I have rebuilt a few sets and have taken pictures of one of the sets for sale.
These are considered my "race" prep" series that includes the thrust component/bearing system similar used in my Zero Clearance series of turbochargers.
This set has my billet wastegate 1 bar spring set added. The actuators are Gold/Zinc plated along with all the turbocharger hardware. All surfaces are machined and surfaced>>no spray paint is used to hide casting imperfections.




These turbochargers have a lot of precision machine work and hand assembly (ala elbow grease and sweat). Every machined thread has been inspected tapped and chamfered. The above pictures shows some lightened and enhanced K24 turbine wheel work that I have incorporated over the years.
I have a few factory Gold Labeled K24 compressor ID.
I am posting these turbochargers for those that have a K16 car and have wanted to move over to the X50 package. I will offer "X50" programming and can supply intercoolers for those that "want" them.
Another options is to reconfigure K24 turbochargers with a tighter A/R turbine housing. Which I can retain the Factory K24 turbine wheel (lighten and enhance the flow) and fit in a heavily machine K16 turbine housing. Over the years turbocharger manufactures have offered different turbine/hot housings that differ in volume. The Porsche 944 turbo has a .6 and .8 A/R turbine housing.
Using this same principle I have now machined the smaller volume K16 turbine housing to accept the larger K24 turbine wheel. The spool up is roughly 800 to 900 RPM's quicker vs the larger stock K24 housing. Infact, I'm currently running this configuration on one of my 996TT.

I will be selling these as a core exchange. This means that you can trade in your K16's or K24's (failed, destroyed, rusted, burned, accident damage turbochargers will not be accepted. LOL)

For those that would like their K16 or K24 wastegate actuators replated and converted to 1 bar springset feel free to email me. I do NOT recommend the 1 bar springs/kit for stock K16's...

I'll post up the K24/16 "Fast Spool" shortly.. K24 turbochargers with machined K16 "tight" A/R turbine housings. We retain the K24 turbine wheel and compressor stage..
