no cats. test pipes. will likely not pass smog since it's got a CEL on. I'm just going to toss the factory exhaust on when it's time to get sticker. It's a super quick job.
I think it took about 3-4 hours for the first time with pulling the bumper and dealing with slightly seized studs. We have a lift and all the tools. I'd wager I could do it in 2 or so next time. Why do you ask?

Two hours to put the original exhaust on, and two hours to then put the aftermarket exhaust back on? If so, I personally wouldn't consider that a "super quick job". Even if you're saying two hours or so for the whole off/on/off/on project, I'd still not consider that a super quick process. Just my take.
Putting a quart of oil in my Turbo is something I consider to be a super quick job.
No need to remove the rear bumper to swap exhaust either. Once you do it a few times, it's not too bad. Depending on the type though, some can be cumbersome to maneuver.

Thanks for you take on the matter... I'd say time is relative. A couple hours enjoying wrencing on my dream car is a great way to spend time, no matter how you define "super quick job". Let's get back to discussing this exhaust, in particular, rather than having a debate about what unit of time can be defined as "super quick". It's all relative baby! Enjoy the rest of your day, Dock!

There's obviously nothing wrong with enjoying wrenching on one's car. The reason why I wanted to clarify what your "super quick job" means is because this thread is about an exhaust that may cause a CEL and may not pass emissions. For those who are sitting on the fence in considering the exhaust, and who are capable of some wrenching on their Turbo but who don't undertake it often, or specifically don't have knowledge of the amount of time it takes to do an off/on/off/on exhaust swap, I think having someone post that the job is "super quick" might not be helping them out.
