Here's a video done on a 996gt3. Took him less than 10 minutes.

Pretty good memory. It was 13 years ago this past January.

This looks like the tool you need, the lip on the tool should bottom out and set the seal. Not cheap though.

Is there a community tool borrowing program for these forums?
Kinda like how ricers let everybody borrow the fender rolling tool, someone sends it to you and then you send it on to the next person?

That's a lot of RMS before you see a ROI. A community tool would be grand!

Who is going to set up the Fund me page to purchase it. I can get the factory tool at a "good" discount

The clutch has held up very well. Dock can post the install mileage and then his current mileage if he want too

If you get it, you could charge a 'tool rental fee' and have it make the rounds with your clutch kits that go out to folks who want to replace the seal

I don't need to purchase one, I have the factory tool. I'll leave it up to the next person to get into the tool rental business.. Tool gets dropped, dinged, bolts missing, lost, dog ate it.. The best thing is for someone to purchase it, use it, and then sell it to the next guy.. And then Repeat...
