Default 996 TTS, European Collectibles

Looking at a 996 TTS at the above mentioned dealer in south CA. Anyone see/know this car? I’m down that way next week and plan on going to see it. The dealer sent me the attached over rev report. Can anyone help on whether these numbers should be concerning?

Not concering in any way. To my knowlege, European Collectibles has never had a 996 Turbo before. They are big on 356s and early 911s,,,

Forgive my ignorance, is that rear lid & wing the factory "Turbo Aerokit"? Never was sure what all that option included, the rest of the body looks "normal". Does that wing still go up & down?

That is one good looking car. I'm afraid to ask how much, low mileage '05 S coupes are up there. Price on website is "inquire".

Currently on ebay. Porsche Omaha had a 13k mile example manual coupe with sports seats and aero kit a few months back. That car was $82k i believe. I would think that this one should be 70-75k.

good spot. I have read on this forum the front aero kit spoilers were pretty easily damaged with being set low, so perhaps it was replaced at some point.

from my personal experience I find the factory aerokit spoiler to have less damage, I have had my suspension set pretty low, by the angle and forward edge being forward it has only scraped underneath where as the standard spoiler will fold under and leave scrape marks on the outer surface. also the fact aerokit spoiler is has reinforced bottom edge and corner and also very thick and will not fold under like the standard spoiler. I still have my stock spoiler and still looks decent with no noticeable outer scrapes. although by the appearance by the lower edge being forward it gives the appearance that it is lower than standard it is about the same thickness..

I know the guy who bought it. Both myself and his brother-in-law have an 05 TTS Coupe Manual so he had to join the ranks. Ill post a pic if we can ever get them all together. Its super cut-throat to buy a good one as I think people are finally understanding just how rare they are.
