Default Help with oil weep?

I've been under my car quite a bit lately... Noticed a small oil weep coming from somewhere near the circled location below. Any pointers on common leak/weep sources in this area?

You really can't see any oil in the picture, I hit it with some brake cleaner before the picture to clean it up and help pinpoint the weep if it continues.

This is the underside of the motor, looking up. Near rear of car, driver side.

Most likely coming from the top of the engine and leaking down.

So up top you have the oil pressure sending unit and hose.

You have the oil filter canister gasket can leak (rare)

Turbocharger supply line come out of the chain housing (can leak)

IMO a weep that is not hitting the floor? Maybe leave it alone?

Not even close to hitting the floor... Probably never cleaned in 17 years and it was just a bit of oil grime accumulation. I was just curious if there is a known leak in that area, but I'm thinking Kevin is probably right, a tiny weep on the top side that is making it's way below.

Hell, compared to every air cooled I ever had, this thing is a dry as the Sahara...

Even a small spill when changing oil can be a little alarming if you don't know there was a spill.
