Nate, you have been running the early EVOM's Garrett Ball Bearing GT25/28 turbochargers. You can see the welded insert ring that is machined for the smaller turbine wheel (pic shows a crack in one of the welds).

A new Garrett cartridge and new turbine insert, and you back to the "boosting"

Were they using your compressor wheels for those? Mine look crazy similar to your avatar as you mentioned.
