BAT Black car with nice extras and 94k miles sold for just over 90k with fees. 500 bucks more than the yellow accident history car with almost 1/10th the mileage. Interesting. Market is speaking as to the the desirability of no-accident history!!! Also, prices are clearly coming down, which I welcome (on all cars, not just gt3's), since I'm perpetually stuck in "acquisition mode" rather than "liquidation mode" LOL!

The owner noted paintwork on more than half the panels. Also - a clean carfax is no guarantee of no accident history.

Yeah, bit of a spread between quarter panel + swiping an entire side of a car vs a bumper & fender parking lot incident IMO. Lot easier to make the case for an "as new" repair when you don't need to cut and weld. OTOH someone probably got a sweet deal they will cherish for years to come

Getting ready to sell mine- making room for something new. Is the consensus here to go with auction sites like BAT or Cars and Bids for the best price?
The basics on my car:
'04 GT3 w/~38k miles
Cobalt Blue!!
Lots of track days
Porsche roll bar
Clean carfax - 3 owners

BAT seems to have the biggest audience, but be realistic with the price, there seems to be an uptick of cars not meeting their reserve.

BAT is the #1 choice to maximize value with the largest audience.

Best of luck.

BAT for the best price, forget ALL of the other online auctions!

List it here with a price that you are willing to accept while you wait for BAT to auction your car, GLWYS

Get ready for a long delay - and for them to not accept your bottom line price. Lower your expectations.

I don't have super high expectations- I know the bubble is leaking... I'd even consider a no-reserve auction.

With cobalt and 38,000 miles I think you can afford to have some high expectations LOL. Track time will turn some off but if it has been well-maintained it will make someone very very happy.

Man I was hoping the rumors of car prices dropping would affect 996 GT3’s. So I can get one at a lower price lol. I think this is the best looking GT3 ever made, probably most fun to drive as well. Happy to see the values stay strong.

Sold for $117. My guess was $120+

Glad to see market is still good.

Here is another one...

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...he-911-gt3-58/

I am guessing the reserve is $175+ and I hope it gets it.
