Congrats to two great 996 GT3 owners - much fun driving ahead that's for sure!

Thanks Josh! And by the way, I now understand why you felt this car is not the best car for downtown L.A. living. No joke it was two hours after I left your place before I touched third gear!

yeah, not fun...not a commuter car at all (not that I was using it for that)

And you probably didn't even really hit bad traffic leaving mid-afternoon! hah

Congrats to both of you. I've always wanted to buy one of my old cars back, perhaps some day.

What is next for you Josh?

Don't know...don't really need a car.

Maybe wait for the insanity around the GT4 to come down when people realize that their used cars are not worth more than MSRP

^early boxster!
dirt cheap and a ton of fun even in 'traffic'...something happens, doesn't matter
PS..a 996 '3 is way more fun than a 7'3...

Before I sold it I did the pipe pinning fix, 996 gt3 rs lwfw kit with pulley, headers, rs motor mounts. I'm ecstatic with the condition, feel, power, everything. Thanks again josh! No water beeding pics!
Nice
I did the same thing.
"bought back a car that I previously owned" and the temporary caretaker, George996, returned ii in better condition than when it left.

That's right...we have definitely followed a similar course. Buy Italian gated six speed, sell gt3, regret selling the gt3, and buy it back!
