The GT3 tranny & engine pull is pretty simple, filling coolant after is the tough part.

If you replace the breather you REALLY should use the correct seals, but Porsche does build a stout car.

Matt, feel free to pm or e-mail if you think that I can help you with some humble guidance, although there is plenty of GT3 intel in your neck of the woods.

Hi Francois, great to hear from you! Looking forward to spring for sure. Will definitely reach out to you as I poll all the expertise from local friends.

That's part of the appeal to this - it's a 10 year old proposition, but with a LOT of track experience, "been there, done that", to learn from.

Cheers

Matt

Matt,

The car needs upgraded toe links.

Have them replace the tie straps holding the coolant line from engine to transmission cooler over axle. Ask me how I know.

Cup cooling ducts are helpful. Cooling ducts on the inner wheel wells (upright) are worth looking at to ensure they are still there.

GT Gears (Guard) LSD is a mandatory safety item. Factory is crap.

Yup, I've lost my mind. List so far looks like:

Tarett toe links
Lower, align, corner balance
4.0 LWFW
WEVO motor mounts
Cantrell transmission bushings
Cup brake ducts
E88's with NT-01
Pinned fittings, water wetter
Guard LSD plates
Pagid Yellow
Rear RS spoiler
Cup front spoiler
Console delete
RSS bar
Scroth and GT3 Euro seat transplant

Other than that, I swear, it's a stock low miles example!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Act I and Act II here. Exactly how my car is set up except CCW's instead of E88's, Nitto's for track, JRZ RS Pro's, and have not done the Cantrell trans bushings, otherwise identical. I also have the single piece club sport seats in cloth, which I love. I just did the guards guts and OMG, what a change. This is easily the best car I have ever driven. It's just perfect!

You will be blown away by the transformation. Different car really.

Sounds stock to me. And never driven in rain.

Exactly the same as mine.

What seats do you have in your car?

The Factory Recaro Clubsport seats in Cloth w the Porsche emblem stitched into the head rest. Really great light weight single piece buckets. I like them much better than the leather buckets.

Nice, I was thinking of selling these and replace them with recaro sportster CS in my 993tt. Makes for easier entry-exit with the sportster.

But the ones you have are even nicer.

Now I want to buy your car instead of a stock example and modding it. Damn you
