Is that what current value is for 6GT3's these days? I could probably be talked out of mine. 
As for park place, never dealt with them but they have been around for a long time.

Thanks for all the suggestions and help guys, a warm welcome to say the least.
I talked to Justin at Cantrell Motorsports today and he gave me some more info on the car.
I am still going back and forth on this car and a couple other options, but I will definitely post up here and let you all know the outcome!

Car is being held, I am flying out to take a look at it, have Cantrell go over it and then I will post up here with the results.

That's very exciting! I am sorry I couldn't make it up there to look at the car for you. I'm sure its a nice one so I hope it all checks out. I'd meet you for a drink on Saturday but I will be out of town. Good luck!

Yeah sorry guys. It was a crazy weekend out in WA And I am still playing catchup at the office.
I went to the dealership and checked the car out, car looks really great in person. Interior is in really great condition.
Drove well, although due to Seattle weather, I didn't get much of a test drive.
Took the car to Cantrell and had them go through the car. PPI went well, only a few minor things that need attention. The Most important part, Leakdown and compression test, came out with satisfying results.
So I went back and bought the car. Yup, I am now officially a GT3 owner!
Now I just need to go through the process of having it shipped back here to me in Florida so I can actually enjoy it..the wait....is not going to be easy.
I want to thank Justin at Cantrell for being really helpful through the whole process. If any of you in the NW need Porsche love, Hit him up.
