Anyone have any issues with cracking of the Girodisc floating 350mm rotors? I'm wondering if this was a manufacturing defect in the steel as the other side did not crack even though it is worn to the point of the slots beginning to disappear.

Dude, I had that happen on a Datsun Zcar about 20 years ago at Road Atlanta and ended up upside down under the bridge. Caliper and pad were jambed and caused the car to dig in and roll. I'd seriously think about getting that rotor off that car.

Holy crap. I'd say that rotor lived a long and happy life. Now take it out back and put a bullet in it.

Here is my right side front rotor which only has the small hairline cracks but has the slots almost worn away

Yep, they are toast. Pretty good wear though. Once I start seeing those cracks start to open up I know they are on the last legs.
Now, the next problem, getting replacement rotors from Giro. I've not been able to order a set since earlier this year they have been out of stock. Don't get the slotted and drilled as replacements. Those only last a few days.
