For a sprint race I start out at 3250ish with me, full tank of gas and about 125lbs. of ballast, so I can get through impound afterwards. If I swap out everything to get the lightest car possible, then it will come in about 2685 dry.
Figured you were running some Ballast based on your race weight. Car would be easy sub 2.00 @ VIR with no ballast and running light
Found my 996 but wimped out on the race car thing so the FD will still be the fast car in the stable but I'm excited to be getting back in the seat of a 911 and thanks to everyone who helped me with the decision making process and pointed out cars etc....... HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Happy holidays Fritz.
Good luck with it. Please post some pics and impressions when you get it.
However a GT3 is still a GT3 whether the interior is tan or black just as Morgen is hot with died blonde hair or natural brunette and I do prefer my interior black and my wife all natural and fortunately she's not going to the salon these days
Reminds me of the FD you bought from me. It had been black over tan before I switched out the interior to all-black. (Sold off all the tan pieces. In fact, two of my local P-car friends had been FD owners who bought those parts.)
