Hi,

Are you looking for the radio delete plate?

Try Pelican - I got one for my air cooled car from them.

There is a red 996 GT3 that is A/C delete that has some trick factory 'RS' upgrades. Username tlarocque used to own it and probably knows who owns it now. As you know, everything is always for sale, at the right price.

Don't bother trying to find a factory radio delete...it is SO easy and cheap to do on your own with factory parts...

There's no A/C delete plate for the street cars;only for the radio.
As a cup holder and radio delete ,I used the cup car's console and fabricated a hole for the A/C controller.
Plus, you 'll have room for switches. (I used the li-ion battery kill switch and had plans for an ABS kill switch).
Relatively cheap and an easy DIY.

Anyone have an idea of how many US street cars were A/C delete?

I have a feeling cars optioned like mine are pretty rare.

^^^ I don't know, but when I was searching a few years ago I only came across one no AC/radio for sale. It was located in Texas.

Default GT3 Without Radio and A/C

Hi Mark,
I was also looking for a GT3 with A/C and radio delete and wanted a hardcore speedyellow Clubsport of 2001.
Here in Europe that year has some interesting upgrades. It took more than a year to find one. See my dashboardpictures.
Cheers ,
Sportscarfreak.
