gas pedel on a 6.2 gt3 become slightly stiff to push, after removing screw (arrowed) any idea what else to free the pedel for inspection, cant really see any other retaining screws.

I recall there being a retaining lip of some kind. I think you have to lift the pedal assembly up from the bottom. I know there were a couple threads on this in the 996 forum a few years ago.

today I mostly was freeing up my sticky throttle pedal after following the excellent instructions here:

thanks to RL and the contributors, saved handing over small bucket load of cash to an OPC and pedal is once again silky smooth.
