+1 to Dell's comment regarding the cup lip... Balancing changes between front & back is a must with aero...

Also - cup air ducts for the front brakes bring even better cooling than stock. They really make a difference.

Yup, I've actually spent some time in a wind tunnel. Understand completely what you guys are saying about the whole balance thing...

Somewhere here I posted a pic of the two side by side. The cup lip extends more and also wraps flush all the way around.

Mike,
picture does not show Cup lip.
Cup lip is slightly deeper but also sticks out more on the sides.

Surprised no-one has mentioned it (or I missed it) but LWFW has got to be near the very top of must haves/ dos.

Now I've got one installed I can't believe I never did this earlier!

Regarding the Cup splitter, it is PMNA part (Part #: 996.505.986.91)- but is cheaper than the street car part sold through the dealers.... I found online prices ranging $150-200 plus the cost of the clips (GMG, TRG, RSS etc.) You can also try Suncoast in FL...

Regarding LWFW, that is a must (good call Dervish). For all of us "pre-PDKers" (manual guys), it is a nice feature to be able to blip the throttle via heel-toe and have less accelerator resistance.... I do not have one installed YET, but have driven 6GT3s on the track with it = SO NICE! It's one my mod list for next winter along with the cooling line weld...

UPDATE: Splitter pics from GMG website (scroll down) (http://www.gmgracing.com/porsche_aero.shtml) The cup splitter fans out to the side as it wraps around the car...

On the cup lip, I just talked to Derek at TRG last week and he said he had a couple on his shelf. Don't remember what they charge for one but I want to say something like $160 but it's on their website. Also, BE SURE that when you mount the cup lip you use 3M double-sided tape all the way around, the plastic rivets (the ones ribbed for her pleasure of course are the best option), and then a bead of silicone on the front between the splitter and the bumper. I've had the cup splitter come off at like 110 MPH and it does not sound good when you run it over!

Regarding the splitter, also note that shipping will be expensive!
