I just had mine done - very irritating at spending so much money on something that won't improve my lap times.

Hey Kurt, Have got my GT3 up and running. Saw yours in passing while mine was at Eurowerks - Had pipes welded as well -especially irritating at 12,000 miles but collective wisdom from Rennlist forum for safety and prevention of engine disaster had me dropping it there after I had had driven it about 25 miles. Aaron set-up rest of car while there.

I have been down to CMP for 3 turn 1 track days. Car is spectacular. I was a bit nervous that the handling would be much more difficult or different vs the 993s but it great and I had some slow but good improvement. Yesterday with more speed through 14 got all 4 tires off track and then two laps later did first 180 into the run-off area at 14 - a bit unsettling but no car damage! Regrouped and finished last 4 sessions really well! Many thanks for great instructors!!!!

Hope all is good - hope to hook-up at CMP or VIR - Tom

Hey Tom! Club is doing September at CMP - Hope to see you there! Maybe we can coordinate a turn-1 event together.

Good that you got your fittings done - Aaron at Eurowerks does a good job.

Post a pic of your GT3 - I'm also trying to get into FSR and Potomac events at VIR in August/Sept.

You'll see my car at eurowerks again soon - getting shocks re-valved and putting in fancy suspension bits.

I'm living in Mint Hill now - closer to you - let's grab coffee!

I have a 2002 GT2 and had all the coolant lines pinned when I had the engine out a couple months ago. I can recommend Euro-Tec Motors Inc in Livingston, NJ for this work. My GT2 was not the first they've done heavy work to. Mario Colasacco is the owner and has lots of family history in racing.

Had a GT3 blow his coolant pipes in front of me at the track at about 140mph. That could have been really bad. 991 GT3 behind me was totalled.
